Sleepy Rose

This lovely medallion was sculpted by Sara Rose in 2012 measuring 5.5 x 3.5 inches. It depicts her lovely mare napping :). I wanted to do something a bit different on her, so I painted her to a purple splash painted with cell shading and a little bit of crosshatching on her body, and some soft ombres in her mane and tail. She is sealed in a matte finish, with her eye and inner nostril lightly glossed.
