This sculpture is a portrait of the much beloved miniature horse gelding Harley Moon. Harley is a 2004 AMHA gelding owned by my friend, fellow hobbyist and artist Tegan Leighton-Davis. I have known Tegan and Harley almost as long as I've been in the hobby, and seeing the bond they have developed over the years has been magical and inspiring to watch.
Small in size, but not in personality - my goal was to capture the essence of this adorably spunky pony, zooming about - is he looking for treats or mischief?! Only Harley can say for sure. He sports a floofy yet sleek medium length mane and a long silky tail :). He merrily trots along on three discreet pegs, he is sure to be a fresh new face in the pony classes!
While this is a portrait piece, your little pony could be any color you can imagine! Miniature Horses come in an absolute rainbow of colors and patterns - let your imagination run wild! He also sports a little bridle path and I believe he should be tack friendly - would he not look adorable with a little cart?! Harley is sculpted true-to-scale for his size, 28 inches or SEVEN HANDS HIGH, at 1:9 scale. He measures 4 inches tall and 7 inches long. He is solid cast in white with wire reinforcements, and limited ~50 pieces.
You may customize your Harley as you'd like, but you must note any changes made and not cast the resulting piece in whole or in part.

Wait time depends heavily on the casters work load and edition numbers but I anticipate the first castings to ship in late August.
